Quail Egg Aviyal with Step by Step Pictures
1)Take coconut in a blender Pin 2)Add chopped shallots or onions Pin 3)Add garlic Pin 4)Add cumin seeds and pepper Pin 5)Add turmeric and chilli powder Pin 6)Puree till coarse Pin  7)Take the ground masala in a pan Pin 8)Add water Pin 9)Add slit green chillies Pin 10)Add salt to taste Pin 11)Cook till it thickens Pin 12)Add in boiled potatoes Pin 13)Mix well Pin 14)Add boiled peeled quail eggs Pin 15)Mix well and simmer for 5 mins Pin 16)Done Pin 17)Heat coconut oil in a pan Pin 18)Add in mustard seeds Pin 19)Add in chopped shallots and fry till golden brown.
