This recipe is good for diabetics too, so you can make this for your loved one who is suffering from diabetics. You can serve this with any spicy chutney you want. But the best combo is my Chilli & Garlic Chutney. But you can combo this with anything. And if you are diet you can enjoy this almost everyday.

About Ragi Adai Recipe (Finger Millet Adai Recipe)

Adai dosai is a South Indian breakfast dish. Due to the higher proportion of lentils than rice, it is a hotter, more protein-rich variation of the traditional dosa. The adai dosai doesn’t need to be fermented, unlike the traditional dosa made of rice batter. It is served with chutney. Ragi, a millet that resembles mustard seeds in appearance, is incredibly nutrient-dense. It is easily ground into flour, which can then be used to make many Indian dishes like ragi idli, ragi roti, and ragi sheera. Ragi is full of fibre, low in gluten, and high in protein. Ragi works as a great source of fibre when it comes to people trying for weight loss. It helps in controlling Diabetes in the body while ensuring that the person is healthy and strong. Not only this, Ragi prevents obesity, provides energy, improves digestion and averts chronic diseases. Onion:

Mustard Seeds :

They are used as a seasoning rather than a base flavour in many Indian dishes, and they really perk up a lentil or rice dish when fried in a little oil with curry leaves . As a result, mustard seeds are excellent for adding flavour without adding fat to your diet.

Green Chilli  :

The green chillies in cooked or raw form give a fiery hot flavour. To reduce the fiery hot flavour the seeds and inner membranes could be removed which is effective at reducing the heat of the pod.
