These are delicious and is so healthy. The main thing is, you have to be little careful when cooking it, if you add too much water, then the whole upma will become one big gloop. Ragi Rava / Finger Millet Sooji -1 cup Onion - 1 chopped finely Green chilli - 2 chopped Curry leaves - a sprig Asafoetida / Kaya Podi / Hing- ¼ tsp Mustard seeds / Kaduku -1 tsp Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu -1 tsp Oil - 1 tblspn Salt to taste Coconut - ½ cup grated (optional) Coriander leaves -2 tblspn finely chopped
