Ingredients for Rava Murukku
Rava / Sooji - ½ cup Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu - 1 cup ( Store bought roasted rice flour) Salt to taste Chilli Powder - 2 tsp Soft Unsalted Butter - 1 tbsp Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi - ½ tsp Oil - 1 tblspn + for Deep frying Sesame Seeds / Ellu - 1 tbsp Water - 1 cup + ¼ cup
It is festival season and tomorrow is krishna jayanthy and i am posting this recipe now. Yes i know it is too late, but not too late. Because it takes only 30 mins to make this from start to finish. It is like an instant version and i loved it so much. It turned out so crispy. This recipe is so amazing, because i used regular store bought rice flour for this and it came out so delicious. Now this recipe is going to be in my repitore.I used the regular mullu murukku press for this, but you can use any press for this..
