Ingredients
Red Wine – You can use any red wine to make this spritzer. The better your wine is, the better the taste of your spritzer. Club Soda – Club soda adds perfect fizz to the wine and dilutes it to 25 to 50 percent. Orange Peels and Mint – To garnish the wine spritzer, use some orange peels and mint leaves. They add a refreshing flavor. If not peels, thin, round orange slices work well for garnishing. Ice Cubes are required to make the cocktail chilled. Make variations by adding lemon juice, flavored simple syrups, or bitters to this cocktail. You can replace club soda with ginger ale, sprite, or sparkling water. You can also add in some berries like raspberries or blueberries.
