Sago Khichdi Recipe with Step by Step Pictures
1)Fry peanuts in oil till golden Pin 2)Remove and cool down. Crush them coarsely Pin 3)Set aside. Pin 4)Soak sago for atleast 2 to 3 hours Pin 5)Drain them Pin 6)Heat oil in a pan, add in mustard seeds, cumin seeds and urad dal Pin 7)Add in asafoetida Pin 8)Add in green chillies and potatoes Pin 9)Mix well Pin 10)Add in salt Pin 11)Add in turmeric powder Pin 12)Mix well. Cook till potatoes are done. Pin 13)Add in soaked sago Pin 14)Mix well Pin 15) Cover and cook on low heat for 10 mins Pin 16)MIx well Pin 17)Now sago is done.
