This fried rice is completely addictive, there is tons of flavours going around it. It has lots of garlic and ginger in it which makes it so tasty. You have to keep on tasting the rice and adjust the sauce level accordingly. So give this a try and let me know how it turned out.
Ingredients for Schezwan Fried Rice Recipe
Basmati Rice - 1 cup Oil - 2 tbsp Garlic - 3 cloves sliced Onion - 1 large chopped finely Green Chilli - 2 slit Beans - 10 chopped finely Carrot - 1 large chopped finely Capsicum / Bell Pepper - 1 large chopped finely( I used a mix of red, yellow & green) Salt to taste Sugar - 1 tsp Schezwan Sauce - ⅓ cup or adjust (HOMEMADE or STOREBOUGHT) Coriander Leaves / Cilantro for garnishing
