Oil - 1 tbsp Basmati Rice - 5 cups cooked and cooled Ginger - 1 tbsp finely chopped Garlic - 6 cloves finely chopped Green Chillies - 2 chopped finely Dry Red Chilli - 2 Onion - 1 sliced thinly Carrots - 1 finely chopped Beans - 10 finely chopped Cabbage - 1 cup finely chopped Capsicum - 1 finely chopped Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp Chilli Oil - 3 tbsp Salt to taste Sugar - 1 tbsp Ajinomoto - a pinch to taste Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp finely chopped
