How to Make Spicy Chicken Mayonnaise Sandwich at Home
Take chicken, spices, salt, pepper in a pressure cooker. Add in ¼ cup of water and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Let the steam escape by itself. Open the cooker and chop the meat into small pieces. Set aside to cool. Take chicken, mayo, cabbage, onions, carrots in a bowl. Mix well. Take bread slice, stuff with the filling. Cover with other slice. Wrap in plastic wrap and pop it into the fridge until serving. Slice in half and enjoy.

TIPS & TRICKS
You can cook whole chicken and shred the meat instead of using boneless chicken. You can add any spices as you like when cooking chicken. Chopped pineapples adds nice sweetness in this sandwich. Spread some butter on the bread if you feel the bread is too soft. So the filling won’t make the bread soggy. You can toast the sandwich in some butter if you want.

You can serve the sandwich cold. You can toast it in some butter and serve warm.
