Ingredients for Spring Onion & Cheese Paratha
For Dough:
Wheat Flour / Atta - 2 cup + extra if needed Salt - 1 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Water as needed
For Filling:
Spring Onion - 2 cups chopped Cheese - 1 cup grated ( I used cheddar) Salt to taste Chat Masala Powder - 1 tsp Green Chilli - 1 finely chopped Oil for pan frying
