About Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe
A cheesecake is a sweet dessert with one or more layers. The main, thickest layer is made up of a soft, fresh cheese, eggs, and sugar. If there is a bottom layer, it is usually a crust or base made of crushed cookies, graham crackers, pastry, or occasionally sponge cake.
Ingredients for Strawberry Cheesecake
Marie Biscuits / Any Tea Biscuits - 200 gms / 20 pieces Butter - 100 gms melted Paneer / Cottage Cheese - 200 gms (Click here for recipe) Whipping Cream - 300 ml ( I used powder form) Icing Sugar / Confectioners Sugar - 200 gms / 1 cup Lemon Juice - 2 tsp Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp Strawberry Jam - 1 cup or as needed Milk - few tbsp if needed
Butter :
The flour flakes in the dough will be covered by the butter. The butter will melt once the cookie is in the oven, but the flour will keep its strength, holding the cookie together.
Paneer :
Paneer has a mild, milky flavour and a dense crumbly texture that complements the strong spicy flavours found in many traditional Indian dishes. Because it does not melt like other cheeses, chunks of it can be stirred into soups or curries and stay whole.
Whipping Cream :
While whipped cream is commonly used as a topping for sundaes or pies, it can also be used as a delicious icing for cakes. If you’re going to use whipped cream icing to decorate a cake, its important to stabilise the whipped cream so that the frosting holds its shape.

What’s the Difference Between Baked and No-Bake Cheesecake?
The main difference is that there are no eggs in a no-bake cheesecake, and it “sets” by chilling in the refrigerator. A baked cheesecake contains eggs in the recipe, is baked in a water bath, and then chilled in the refrigerator.
What is the difference between New York style cheesecake and regular cheesecake?
Heavy cream and sour cream are used in regular cheesecake to thin the batter and create a silkier, creamier texture. New York cheesecake is dense and rich because it is high in cream cheese. Extra cream cheese isn’t the only thing that distinguishes New York cheesecake.
What does strawberry cheesecake taste like?
Cheesecake has a tart, sweet, creamy, and tangy flavour! Strawberrycheesecake, which appears to be a popular yoghurt and ice cream flavour, has the same sweet tanginess as the others but with fresh strawberry notes.
