Heat oil in a pan, add in mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves. Let them sizzle. Add sweet potatoes, salt and turmeric and toss well. Cover and cook till potatoes are tender. Now increase the heat and cook till potatoes get golden brown. Now add in chilli powder and mix well. Serve.
