Ingredients for Tapioca Kootu
Tapioca / Maravalli Kilangu - 1 large (around 4 cups when chopped) Salt to taste Water to boil tapioca
For Grinding:
Coconut - 1 cup grated Dry Red Chilli - 4 Garlic - 4 cloves Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi - 1 tsp
For Seasoning:
Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu - 1 tsp Curry leaves - 1 sprig
