Vegetable Tehri Recipe Step by Step
1)First grind the masala. Take ginger garlic paste in a blender Pin 2)Add in green chillies Pin 3)Add coriander leaves Pin 4)Add mint leaves Pin 5)Grind to a smooth paste Pin 6)Heat oil in a pot. Pin 7)Add ghee Pin 8)Add whole spices Pin 9)Add sliced onions Pin 10)Cook till golden brown. Pin 11)Add ground masala Pin 12)Saute till raw smell leaves Pin 13)Add all chopped veggies. I used carrots, cauliflower, beans, capsicum Pin 14)Saute them in the masala for 5 mins. Pin 16)Add in tomatoes Pin 17)Add in peas Pin 18)Mix well. Pin 19)Add in soaked rice Pin 20)Add salt. Pin 21)Saute them in the oil and ghee for 3 to 4 mins. Pin 22)Add water Pin 23)Bring it to a boil. Boil for 5 mins on high heat. Pin 24)Boil till most of the water is evaporated.
