Ingredients for Tender Coconut Kheer Recipe :
Tender Coconut Flesh :Tender coconut flesh differs from mature coconuts, which are brown with hairy shells and have firm, opaque white flesh. Young coconut meat, on the other hand, can be eaten on its own, in salads, or in other dishes. Sweetened Condensed Milk :Sweetened condensed milk is cooked until it thickens and becomes a creamy caramel-like pudding that can be used in a variety of dessert recipes. It’s delicious on its own, with ice cream, in coffee, or spread on apple slices. Milk:High-quality milk has a fairly bland flavour, a faint sweetness, little odour, and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. It acts as a thickener. Milk gives kheer its taste and flavour. Cardamom Powder :Cardamom powder provides a lovely aroma and flavour to the dish.
