This taste even more heavenly when serves with some cold vanilla ice cream and drizzled with some caramel or chocolate sauce.
How to Make Toffee Banana Recipe
Mix all the ingredients given for the batter to a slightly thickish batter. Heat oil for deep frying. Slice up your ripe bananas at a angle. Now dip the bananas in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil. Cook till it turns golden, drain on to a paper towel. Now make the caramel sauce. Take sugar and water in a non stick pan and heat it up. Cook that till it turns golden and toffee like. Now fill a large bowl with ice water and ice cubes. Dip the fried bananas in the toffee sauce and coat it on all sides. Immediately drop it in cold water. Remove that to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve.
