About Turmeric Coffee
Turmeric Coffee (Curcumin Coffee) is a healthy and delicious coffee drink where turmeric powder and a few other spices are added to the cup of your favorite coffee. The turmeric mix has a nice spicy kick and comes together quickly. It gives the coffee a warm and earthy flavor, which is great to sip. Although you can drink a cup of turmeric coffee all year round, it is particularly good during winter. It warms the body and prevents colds, coughs, and flu. This turmeric coffee powder can be added to any of your favorite coffees. Be it a Latte, Espresso, Cappuccino, or even a simple brewed coffee made using Instant coffee powder, it works great in all of them. If you like the taste of turmeric-flavored coffee, try my Golden Paste when fresh turmeric is available. I am sure you will like it, too. Pepper enhances the taste of this drink and aids the body’s absorption of curcumin. According to some studies, adding ½ teaspoon of coconut oil or ghee also enhances the body’s absorption of curcumin. You can try it, too.
