Vazhakkai / Raw Banana - 7 medium size Water as needed Salt to taste
For Roasting & Grinding:
Oil - 1 tsp Channa Dal / Kadalai Paruppu - 3 tbsp Toor Dal / Tuvaram Paruppu - 3 tbsp Dry Red Chilli - 4 Asafoetida / Kaya Podi / Hing - ¼ tsp
For Tempering:
Oil - 2 tbsp Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu - 1 tsp Curry leaves - 1 spring
