For Grinding:
Coconut - 1 cup grated Sambar Onion / Shallots - 10
For Roasting & Grinding:
Dry Red Chillies - 8 to 10 or as needed Coriander Seeds - 2 tblspn Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
