A white pumpkin is a subspecies of the more common orange pumpkin (although it is technically a winter squash variety). White pumpkins, also known as albino pumpkins, are referred to and sold under a variety of names, including ghost pumpkins and snowball pumpkins. Snowball, Cotton Candy, Baby Boo, Lumina, and Casper are some popular varieties of these pumpkins. White pumpkins are grown in the same way that orange pumpkins are. Pumpkins originated in Central America and Mexico and have been cultivated since antiquity. The history of White pumpkins is somewhat unknown due to its slow rise to popularity, but many of the varieties we see today were purposefully created in the United States between the early 1980s and the early 1990s.

Method:
Take cucumber, white pumpkin, ginger, mint in a blender and puree till smooth. Strain this, add salt and lemon juice. Fill a cup with ice cubes and pour juice in. Serve.
