How to Make Milo Brownies at Home

Preheat oven to 180 degree c. Butter a baking dish and sprinkle all over it. Coat all the sides, tap off the excess. You can line it with parchment paper if you are using a square baking pan. Take oil, brown sugar, milo and milk in a bowl. Mix together. Now add in baking soda, baking powder and mix well. Add in wheat flour and fold gently. Add in chocolate chips and mix well. Spoon this into bundt pan and bake for 35 to 40 mins. Remove and cool completely. Slice and serve.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Brownies are best served warm with a scoop of ice cream on the side. You can serve this cold too. Serve with any homemade dessert sauces.

STORAGE SUGGESTIONS

You can keep the brownies at room temperature for 3 to 4 days. Store in fridge upto 10 days. Warm in microwave for few seconds before serving.
